Calling all student writers!
Alamance County, NC students in grades 3-12, do you like writing stories or poetry? Great! Enter the 2023 Student Writing Contest!
Students in grades 3-12 who attend an Alamance County public, private, charter, religious, or home school are eligible to enter. Entries must be mailed by teachers and postmarked by the deadline.

The Burlington Writers Club annually sponsors the Student Writing Contest to recognize exceptional student writers in Alamance County. All winners will be honored at an award ceremony in April 2023.
The contest is made possible in part by a grant through the North Carolina Arts Council, a division of the Department of Cultural Resources, and Alamance Arts.
