Valerie Neiman, a local Reidsville author, was born in West Virginia. She will talk with us about humanizing our villains. A short business meeting will follow.
Valerie launched her latest novel, Upon the Corner of the Moon, which tells the tale of the young Macbeths on March 14th. In addition to being a novelist and poet, Valerie has worked as a journalist. She obtained her MFA from Queens University in Charlotte. Her novel, In the Lonely Backwater, received the Sir Walter Raleigh award.
